We are actively looking for additional Board members and volunteers to join us as we build out Digital Dignity as a national project.

The Digital Dignity Legal Clinic (DDLC) Society is a British Columbia based non-profit dedicated to supporting victim-survivors of intimate image abuse . We provide pro bono and low bono legal assistance, public education, and law reform advocacy to help protect digital dignity and personal safety.
We are a growing organization in our startup phase, working toward operating a minimum viable legal clinic in 2027 and building toward a stable, sustainable model by 2030. Our work includes representing individuals before the Civil Resolution Tribunal and the courts, engaging in constitutional and public interest litigation, and developing trauma-informed client services.
We are currently recruiting new board members and volunteers to help us grow and better serve our community.
Board of Directors
DDLC is seeking three new directors to join our Board. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:
Finance or accounting — to support budget oversight, grant management, and financial planning;
Social media, marketing, or communications — to help build our online presence, develop outreach strategies, and connect with the communities we serve; and
Law (especially technology law, privacy, or intimate-image issues) — to contribute legal expertise and help guide the Society's advocacy and casework.
We welcome applicants from all professional backgrounds who are passionate about digital safety, privacy rights, and supporting victim-survivors.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
